I have owned dogs and cats for many years, and always called upon by family and neighbors to care for their pets. Not a job.

A typical day
Long walks, toss frisbee and balls, talk to them. Make sure they are drinking water, and look for any changes in bowel habits. Look for them to direct their needs.

I am an early riser now that I am retired. Like to walk in all kinds of weather. Patient if dog is slower or handicapped.
