Hello! I'm Veronica and I love caring for dogs. I have tons of experience with dogs of all sizes, from the giants to the toys. I have cared for dogs with all sorts of personalities--high energy and low, friendly and anxious, and everything in between. I am highly adaptable and have handled pups with separation anxiety, reactivity to other dogs or people, pure bred dogs with special needs, and rescue dogs who have survived abuse and require special care. Veronica stayed with our older rescue for a week. She was amazing with him! Veronica was patient with him and creative in how she engaged him. She is an excellent communicator, we got frequent updates and pictures. It is easy to see how much she takes pride in caring for animals and for their home. As a parent (of older kids) and a dog owner myself, safety always comes first. I take time to get acquainted with your dog, learn all about them, whether they have good recall or if they eat non-food objects, and adjust to their needs. I am responsible, reliable, and punctual. I have passed security clearances with Montgomery County Public Schools and even with the US Department of State. I serve a small, exclusive group of clients and will go out of my way to help my clients when their pups are in need.

A typical day
I take your pup on walks, have play sessions both indoors and out, follow feeding schedules, and see to whatever else your pup needs. You can trust me to bring cheer and affection and keep your pup safe and happy while you are away. I love instructions. Set a schedule and I will follow it. You will receive frequent photo updates if you want them. I keep you informed if any household matters arise or if you need me to keep track of deliveries or handle anything that comes up in your absence.

Availability
I am a full-time care provider and accepting new clients. My services are tailored entirely to your needs. I am experienced, trustworthy, and very safety-oriented. Overnight stays? Drop-in visits? Either works for me as long as it works for you. In my clients' homes, I take care of it all. I pick up the mail and packages, water plants, wash dog dishes, empty dehumidifiers, sweep up after pets both indoors and out, run laundry, take out trash and recycling, etc. Your home will be as clean and tidy as you left it and your pup will be happy and healthy.
