Pet care experience
Previously a vet technician, I've taken care of all sorts of animals (and owned too!) From dogs and cats, to rats and lizards, to chickens and horses. Much of my career previously was focused in veterinary studies, so I have a fairly extensive background with understanding pet healthcare and behaviours.

Veronica was fantastic. We'd just moved to WA from NC and had a family vacation planned for 13 days out of state; we were nervous to leave Duke for that long having just arrived. We need not have worried! Veronica and her sweet dog Olivier took such good care of him with various dog parks, runs, many walks, snuggles, and even some swimming time. Veronica was quick with communication, shared videos and photos for us to fawn over, and we felt comfortable and confident with her watching Duke the entire time. He was so sad to leave, and he misses Olivier (we're going to try to set up a pup playdate soon). Highly recommend Veronica!

I have a dog-loving-dog to entertain your pet, a medium sized crate to separate them while I am away for work if needed, I also work close to home and I have a camera to keep an eye out for them while I'm away.

Does your dog have allergies? Is your dog aggressive towards anything (i.e. other dogs, children, birds)? Does your dog have a strict schedule? Is your dog in training or are you trying to rid of a bad behaviour (such as jumping up on people or food aggression)? Does your dog bark? Will your dog be fine while I'm away at work?
A typical day
I love going to parks and dog parks, but I believe each dog has their own preference to what they enjoy whether it's fetching, bite-hand, running around, or an easy walk. It's up to the owner and the dog. Of course I'm open to all of those!

I work full time, but I am a quick walk over from my home (I also have a camera in my place to keep an eye throughout the work day) and my work hours can be flexible. I give my own dog three 30min walks a day and go to the dog park every weekend (or just a long walk through a park) so having a buddy would not impede on our routine
