I was a devoted dog mom to my best pal Obie for ten years before he passed last April. I'm not ready for a new dog just yet, but definitely miss having a dog around! He had many medical issues so I feel comfortable handling those and monitoring minor injuries. I've volunteered with Good Karma Rescue for several years as a foster home for dogs waiting for their forever homes. I've had puppies, dogs needing to be re-homed, little terriers- all sorts of dogs coming up to Vermont and needing a little extra care as they readjust to a new life. I love to go on hikes and walks along the bike path. I currently work Tuesday nights at 5:00 and Wednesday- Friday 11:30-5. I work close to home so I could often run home for a quick bathroom break if that was needed.
