Reviews
My cat loves Veronica and for that I’m so grateful. I feel great leaving my cat under Veronica’s care.
Thanks for taking such good care of my baby while I was away! Pookie and I will definitely be seeing you again in the future.
Veronica did such a great job watching my cat for a week. She was consistent, sent good updates that put my mind at ease, and I think my cat loved the attention she gave him. I highly recommend her.

Safety, trust & environment
I am very careful introducing new dogs in case either dog has reactivity issues. I try to walk new dogs far from other dogs to gauge their anxiety before bringing them closer. If the owner approves, I like to only let dogs interact off-leash once they have had a leashed walk together. I do not take dogs to dog parks unless the owner approves. The more positive experiences your dog has the more likely they will feel confident around other dogs. I am very attentive with cats especially as I used to have an elderly cat myself. I am good at spotting changes in your cat’s behavior in case they need medical attention.
Information Veronica M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet is reactive towards anything especially other animals and people. Let me know if your pet tends to eat off the ground and if they're allergic to anything.
A typical day
I love going for long walks! Most walks are focused on training and exercise, but sometimes I do enrichment walks where your dog gets to lead the way and sniff as much as they please. I like to take water on my walks just in case, but sometimes I take treats and toys to help redirect focus. I always keep an eye on where your dog’s nose is in case they try to eat something they shouldn’t. I stay on the lookout for other dogs to make sure your dog has positive social experiences. For cats I like to first play with them for 15 minutes before feeding them and changing their water. I usually clean their litter while they eat and then we’ll snuggle and maybe have some brush time until I leave. I always log everything in the Rover app, and I like to include at least 3 pictures and a detailed note summarizing the visit.
