Pet care experience
Hello my two-legged and four-legged friends! My name is Veronica, and I am a student at SOU, majoring in Health & Physical Education & Minoring in Psychology. I work and am a student full-time. I love animals, have a dog and cat back home with my father and 3 cats all to myself at my apartment. I’d be more than happy to watch your animals whenever needed! Please keep in mind this is subject to my availability outside of work and school. Please alert me of any special needs your pets have, and do not book two animals that can’t get along in a shared space. Contact me if you want me to serve your furry friends!

Veronica was great with our cat
Veronica did a great job of taking care of my cat while I was out of town. She kept up with wet food, meds, and cleaning litter box. I think my cat really enjoyed the time with her and wasn’t so lonely.
It was my first time on Rover, we have 2 new 3 month old kittens. Veronica was supportive in helping understand the app and getting everything set for her visits to feed our kitties. We were a little nervous about the whole thing and Veronica helped ease the jitters of leaving our new friends alone. We loved the photos she sent, it really helped us connect and take a moment to drop in with our furry friends while we were away. We will definitely use her again.
Sometimes my cat is grumpy when I go away for this weekend - Veronica did a great job with my kitties and they were so happy when I arrived home :) she was attentive while caring for my pets and I’d definitely recommend her!

Super important to me to understand temperament, what situations to avoid, what behaviors to encourage. What commands/rewards do you use for training so I can reinforce that? Etc. Also note I WILL love your dog and give them plenty of hugs and kisses if they enjoy that, so let me know :)
A typical day
A typical visit would involve starting with immediate needs: food and water refresh, walk/waste pick-up or litter scooping. The remainder of the time is subject to their wants: snuggles? Play-time? It’s up to the pet(s)!
