Veronica is a very sweet woman .she accommodated my reservations when I needed to come a few hours before my scheduled time . When I arrived at the home , it took about 30 mins to get ahold of Vanessa. I was pulling off when she finally opened the door . I had a flight to catch so I was happy she finally answers . She did send pics of my baby while I away which was appreciated.The only reason I wouldn’t rebook with her is because she has a cat who clearly isn’t house trained .my dog and his belongings came home completely covered in cat piss .i had to drive home with all the windows down .the cat pissed all over my dogs bed and toys .i never smelled anything like it.i don’t recommend leaving your animals at this home .

My dog came home with a scratched cornea and she lied and said she got shampoo in my dogs eye. The day he returned home from the caregiver my dog was rejected from his weekly grooming appointment because his eye was infected from the scratch. Then he vomitted what looked like eggs and potatoes (my dog is not allowed to have table food).
