Pet care experience
I have owned and taken care of pets of all kinds since I was a kid. I have owned dogs, cats, hamsters, lizards, turtles and fish! I’ve had dogs since I was about 8 yrs old The dogs I’ve had varied in sizes from a small Min Pin to a medium size American Eskimo and also a Terrier mix dog. I’ve also taken care of a large Pit Bull for about 6months and then again for another 7-8 months and still take him on occasions. All my dogs were well behaved and happy because they got a lot of love and attention. I love seeing them happy and content. Taking time to play with your dogs is very important as well as making sure they get plenty of exercise. I like taking them for walks and seeing them enjoy being outside. I’ve also had cats since I was 14. They are funny little creatures! Mischievous but also very affectionate. My cats also got a lot of play time and cuddle time. I also like small animals like hamsters, reptiles and birds. I love all animals they are so innocent and kind much better than many people in this world! I will give your pet all the love, attention and care that they deserve!

Veronica was amazing! She answered very quickly and was so accommodating of my last minute booking. She sent pictures and I could tell my pup was so happy and comfortable during her stay. She even made her a cute tent bed to sleep in and gave her puzzle treat toys to play with!
Veronica has been extremely helpful for me with my fur baby Peanut! She is attentive and always brings him to the park or on walks. She always sends over updates and cute pictures too!

A typical day
Typical day starts with going outside so they can “go potty.” We then come inside and the dog/dogs get fed. We have lots of toys that most dogs like to play fetch with and puzzles where they have to find the treats in different compartments. I also like to brush the dogs. There is a park around the corner where I like to bring the dogs. We go outside multiple times a day.

Availability
I work part-time taking care of the elderly in their own homes. I know it’s important to have family members including pets to stay in the home where they can be well taken care of instead of being put in a facility to get ignored. I have a fairly flexible schedule so I figured I’d spend some time taking care of pets on my days off.
