Vera did a great job with our golden retriever!! Sent lots of photos and cared for her as much as we do. Thank you!!

Vera seemed nice and the fact that she's a fellow Frenchie owner initially gave me confidence in her abilities. However, my experience with her pet sitting left me with some concerns. We entrusted our Frenchie girl to her care for two days. Vera picked up our dog without any issues, but during her stay, communication was minimal. She sent a couple of videos from the morning walk and one photo of our dog on a tile floor. I had requested that our dog be allowed to sleep with someone, as that's what she's used to at home. Vera mentioned that our pup slept with her daughter, but I didn't receive a single photo of my dog in any comfortable setting. Upon our dog's return, she was visibly thirsty, which raised concerns about her access to fresh water during her stay. She also seemed overly tired, falling into a deep sleep right away and not reacting to her surroundings, which is unusual behavior for her. This led me to believe that she might have been left alone at night and didn't sleep well. All in all, the lack of transparency and clear communication with Vera during the pet-sitting experience has left me hesitant to leave my pup with her again.
