I have worked in veterinary care for the past few years, mainly in a shelter environment on the surgery side of things, but more recently I have started to work with exotic animals. I have had animals my whole life and there is no greater joy to me than caring for them! I personally have three cats of my own, but I love dogs just as much. I have experience in giving medications, charting pets vitals, giving vaccines, walks, rehabilitation exercises, and bathing. I currently work full time, but I would love to pick up my extra work on my days off offer pet care such as walks or check ins I am able to create a save and trusting relationship with your pet when I take them for a walk or I come into your home to do a check in/play with them

Vera has been a wonderful dog sitter for me! I sometimes have to work really long days (sometimes 15 or 16 hours) and sometimes have to go away on weekend work trips. Vera is super reliable and easy to work with. I never have to stress because I know my fur baby is in good hands and is being well taken care of!! Thank you Vera!!
I worked with Vera several years ago. Not only does she stay focused on the task at hand when working and has great attention to detail, but she is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Any time we talked about our interests outside of work, she would bring up animals and how much she loves working with them. Since that time, she has had experience working as a vet tech and has fostered animals for the local shelter. If we still lived near each other, I would absolutely trust her to take care of my animals when we travel and I think anyone would be lucky to have Vera look after their fur babies.
Vera has taken incredible care of our cats and Chinese Crested, doing both overnight pet sitting in our home as well as taking the pup out on daily walks and stopping by for cat and dog feedings and litter change. She’s very attentive, clearly loves animals, and does so well getting to know every animal and remembering little details about them. She has several years of animal shelter and hospital experience, which has been extra comforting knowing that when we are out of town for a long weekend that she could recognize any issues the animals might have and let us know. We’ve loved having Vera available to look after our fur babies.
