Pet care experience
Hello, I’m Velvet. I have 6 dogs at my parents so I’ve been accustomed to dogs my whole life. My dad even breeds dogs so we sometimes have up to 12 puppies. I worked at a dog boarding place, so I’m very aware of the things that need to be taken care of, such as cleaning up messes, dealing with handicapped dogs (blind or deaf), and of course giving them lots of attention and love. I love animals just as much as humans and have been doing this for awhile, but just got introduced to this app. I’m a graduate student on my clinical rotations, so I’m looking to watch your animals if you to give me a chance. I promise you won’t be disappointed :)

Velvet did a great job!
Velvet is great with dogs! She has watched our crew many times while we were out of town. She is very responsible and cleans up everything! Velvet loves to be around fur babies and makes sure to spend time playing with them or taking them on walks. Our dogs love her!
Velvet is a very experienced dog owner and person. She has worked at a doggy day care facility in Evansville, and has lived with dogs her entire life. She has also watched multiple families dogs this summer and the past four years. She also has five Aussiedoodles and one Goldendoodle at home. She is energetic, fun, and very caring to her furry friends. I can highly recommend her as she has taken care of many litter of puppies too.

I live downtown, so I don't have a fenced in yard. Overall, I live in a nice area that's located near a dog park that I walk to daily!

A typical day
I LOVE being outside especially in the summer time. I walk to a dog park daily to help the dogs get some of their energy out if they've been stuck inside all day. I also have all the toys a dog could possibly want. Once the day is over, I love laying down and getting some cuddles.

Availability
I'm currently in my graduate school clinicals, so that takes up a majority of my time. I come home at lunch to let my own dogs out. I do have Thursdays off and get done early on Friday, so we would basically have the whole weekend together!
