I love being around animals and i'm not too shy to admit that. I think we can learn an awful lot from our pets and animals in general, it's not always about us trying to teach them. Having multiple dogs and cats and even a hamster or two as part of the family from a very young age, I have grown to adore all furry (and non furry) friends. I started dog sitting for friends and family and have expanded to helping other people since then. Why I love dog sitting. There has always been at least one dog in my household. So my absolute love for dogs has been going strong since I was a child. And before the age of 10 not only did my family include dogs, but I got my very first cat! Golden Retriever, Black and Yellow Labs, Pit Bull, and a Rottweiler are only a few of the different dog breeds that I have had in my family and taken care of. I have more experience with medium - big dogs, such as German Shepherds and Boxers. But I did have a Miniature Pinscher for 16 years and currently have a Chihuahua in my household, so small dogs are just as amazing in my eyes! My experience administering medication. I am familiar with special diets and some oral medications. I have no issues with administering oral medications. I am open to being taught in administering anything unfamiliar. Having handled medications on a daily basis previously for work, I am quick to picking up different methods of administration.
