The preference is animals that are friendly with humans and other dogs. But let me know your specific situation and I'm sure I can make it work. I have multiple rooms for if a cat needs to be on its own for a while as an example, and we can work things out however needed.
A typical day
Feed, morning walk and out to backyard every 2 hours, constant play and interaction with my dog and me/housemates if your pet enjoys that, central AC and heat in house, toys/bones/treats if allowed, dinner time, evening trip to park for off-leash time if allowed, otherwise evening walk or jog. Plenty of hugs and massages/petting, and attention. Bedtime in the same room as me and even on my bed if they're allowed. Free-roaming/ uncrated if pet is house trained. I can give baths, administer medicine, take them to groomer, etc. if requested.

Availability
I have an 8 year old friendly dog that I have raised, so pet care is part of my daily routine. I raised 2 cats for about the same time and they're now living with my mom. I work from home & have housemates that enjoy pets as well, so your fur baby is well tended to and has company around the clock!
