Pet care experience
I owned a German Shepherd for 10 years, I cared for her while she became sick in her last two years, I currently own a 1.5 year old beagle/lab mix, and I've dogsat for about 4 years on and off. I will make sure your dog gets all their activity fulfilled, keep your training standards, and of course, feel loved and safe. I just graduated from IU and I work part time as a Preschool Aide this summer. My work schedule works perfectly with breaks around the day. Your dog will have adequate breaks and quality care due to my availability. Because I have experience with dogs and children along with house-sitting in general, I feel like it's a convenient combination as a well-rounded sitter.

Ever since I have known Vaz she has had a dog, and I have known Vaz forever, so throughout her whole life she has been learning and caring for a pet. Now that she has a dog of her own, I see just how special they are for her. She goes above and beyond to make sure her dog, and any dogs around her, are as comfortable and happy as possible. I can see her dedication to her dog Luna because they go to the park together regularly, Vaz reads forum after forum making sure that she chooses the healthiest options for food and toys, and they have recently enrolled in an obedience training class. Vaz is an exquisite dog caregiver that I know I can trust - so much so that I go straight to her if I ever have any dog questions of my own!

I love to go on walks to Bryan Park, around my apartment complex area, and on IU's campus. I also enjoy going on moderate hikes with dogs at nearby trails at Lake Monroe or Griffy lake. I enjoy playing fetch with dogs as well!
