Vasyl was wonderful. He immediately connected with our very large and exuberant one year old Flatcoat Retriever. He is a big and demanding dog but Vasyl was completely capable getting him to sit and respond to his commands -and taking him for walks - even though he did not speak English and we do not speak Russian. Clearly Vasyl speaks dog language and that was what was most important! As humans, we were able to communicate very easily despite our own language barrier - both by speaking into his translating app and via his daughter-in-law who immediately responded politely and professionally to any messages. They kept is updated with photos and comments, We knew our dog, our cat and our home were all in good hands while we were abroad on holiday.
