I am a lifelong animal lover living in South Slope, Brooklyn with a special needs, blind senior beagle (Bonnie) and a mischievous cat (Paddy) that I found outside the Red Hook courthouse. I pet sit outside my 9-5 to help pay for Bonnie's care. I have years of experience with a variety of canines (mutts, terriers with Napoleon complexes, puppies, seniors, "failed" hunting dogs), and more recently, felines. I am trap/neuter/release certified and recently fostered two of Paddy's kitten siblings. I am comfortable with a wide variety of animals. My grandparents own a farm, and I grew up around chickens, cows and horses. I rode on the equestrian team in college. I will feed your fish, make sure your turtle's heat lamp is operating correctly, and cut up fresh veggies for your rabbit. I primarily cat sit because it fits best with my work schedule but I am happy to be your go-to person for dog walks on weekends as well. *Please note that I prefer to work in neighborhoods surrounding Prospect Park (South Slope, Greenwood Heights, Park Slope, etc.) or near downtown Brooklyn. I'm willing to travel for the right client but do not have a car. Rover did not let me select neighborhoods convenient to my subway line and routine so I had to hit "willing to travel 4 miles" for my coverage of downtown Brooklyn to show.
