Pet care experience
Hello there! I hope to provide your pet the love and care they need while you're away. Having grown up with feline companions, I later raised a cat with a partner, then became a go-to for friends and family with dogs or cats. Over the past several months, I've gained experience caring for pets in various different arrangements, whether sitting or walking. Consider me for your pet care needs, and I'll communicate with you closely every step of the way!

Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Vanya kept us updated and did above and beyond with our two dogs and cat. House was also left and perfect shape… maybe even better than we left it, haha.
Vanya did a great job caring for our cat. He was here for a week and sent pictures and videos almost everyday. He was the first person I had cat sit off of Rover and I was nervous but he did great and nova loved him!
Vanya is wonderful! They stayed with our four cats for a few days and loved on them well, we came back to calm and peaceful cats who had been well-cared for. Because there are four of them, our care instructions tend to be lengthy, and meal times can get complicated with everyone's personalities. Vanya asked questions when needed and kept us updated with blurbs and pictures of the cats. Vanya is now at the top of our list when we leave the cats again, as we know they will care for our cats beautifully :)
Vanya, did a wonderful job taking care of our fur babies while we were away for Thanksgiving. He is very responsive, timely and communicative. He regularly sent us photos of our goofy cats and left our house in perfect order. We HIGHLY recommend Vanya and hope to use him again.

I'm well attuned to how animals are feeling and try to give them the right balance of attention and space. Since I can't currently board pets at my home, I'll probably ask where your pet likes to spend time if I'm house-siting for you - and will of course be vigilant to their needs!

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or dietary restrictions, and whether they like to play or chill. Generally speaking, I have more experience with cats and medium-sized dogs.
A typical day
When house-sitting, I'll ask what kinds of things your pet likes to do, their energy and activity level, etc. For cats, I'm glad to devote some time each day to playing with them (let me know what their favorite toys are!). And for dogs, we'll be sure to check out their favorite park during walks.

Availability
I do freelance translation from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible, giving me plenty of time to watch and care for your pet(s) during the day. I'm also available to house-sit during weekends.
