Pet care experience

𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒆! 🙋 𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙖𝙢 𝙄?😊 I'm Vany, I recently graduated from Montgomery College with an Associates Degree of Arts in Teaching. I'm taking some time off before starting my bachelor's at Towson University. Since dogs are a passion of mine I'm currently a full time Rover dog sitter and professional dog walker. I've been for working with Rover for more than a year. I also worked at the Montgomery County Humane Society for two years and I have experience with several types of animals and a variety of dog breeds. I've been blessed to have my pup (Minnie) since he was 4-months old and is currently 10 years old. Minnie is potty trained, neutered, and up to date with his vaccinations. -𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 💼🐶 I'm able to board small to medium size dogs up to 30lbs. I will make sure your canine companion will spend time in a comfortable, stress-free, loving, crate-free and safe environment. Unlike most boarding facilities, I will never leave your dog in a crate. Therefore, your puppy will always be with me and I will adjust my schedule according to him/her. I pride myself on making your pup's stay a home-away-from-home by treating your dog just like I wish mine would be treated. Your dog will be part of our family while they are here, they will watch TV with me, play outside, sleep in the bed, investigate as they please, go on hikes, get lots of exercise, and most importantly receive one-on-one attention every day of their stay. -𝑫𝒐𝒈 𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 🚶🐕‍🦺 I strive to develop and maintain a long lasting and loyal customer base by providing top level customer service and care for each dog and owner. I give each dog love, attention, and protection every day and on every walk. These dogs become part of my family and I value each relationship greatly. -𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒔🤝 It's entirely up to you if you would like to request one. I have a structure for the way I do my meet and greets. The reason being is safety for both your dog and mine. Please know that safety and wellbeing is my number one goal. Since I board different breeds and dogs with different temperaments, I introduce the dogs gradually. The way is set it up is for you to come with your puppy and let him or her explore the house, smell, and see what's around his or her environment. Doing so reduces the anxiety and excitement to a safe level. We can talk about your pup and you can bring up any questions you might have. While this is happening my dog (Minnie) and another dog I might be boarding will be down in my basement apartment. You might hear them bark because they definitely know when there are guests at the house. After you both leave, I will let Minnie and the dog boarding out of the apartment so they will be able to smell your dog while I praise him and so on, so he can be acquainted with your dog's smell. Consequently, when you do come back for drop off, I pretty much repeat the same procedure and then I introduce the dogs outside the home in neutral territory and I take them for a walk while they gradually progress to feel comfortable with each other and become friends 💗. 𝑰𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒎𝒆 𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒅𝒐 𝒔𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒍𝒚. Thank you, 𝓥𝓪𝓷𝔂🌷 I'm currently doing Rover full-time so I will always be watching and spending time with my canine and feline friends. You don't have to worry about your pets being scared and alone in a new environment because they will feel at home here. I pride myself in safety basic rules first, we will discuss the safety rules at our meet and greet. I have educated myself with the Rover badges and online courses. Therefore, I have knowledge of the safety measures to make sure your pet will have a successful visit and or boarding.

Vany was great with our senior dog and took great care of her, including administering eye drops several times a day. She sent daily photos and is great at communicating. I would definitely have my dog stay with Vany again.

Vany is awesome my puppy stayed the week with her and spent New years with her. She sent lots of pictures showing how much fun Sadie was having playing with the other dogs. Vany was very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. This was Sadie’s second stay with her and will definitely use her again!

Vany was incredible with Suubi! I had to leave my baby Suubi for 10 days while I went home to visit family and I was showered with tons of photos from her. It was obvious that Suubi was very spoiled and had lots of fun with her dog, other ones she was boarding, as well as a rabbit! I loved how she also put him in a more festive outfit for the holidays for a picture shoot. Vany was also very flexible with my drop off and pick up times. I’ll definitely be coming back!
