Vannessa is the gold standard....solid, dependable, professional and communicative. We felt our pets were in terrific hands every moment of our time away. She is smart, mature and knows how to foresee/solve/address issues when they arise. She is always number 1 on our preferred list of sitters, and we look forward to having her back in the future. So glad we found her via Rover!

Vanessa is very reliable and flexible. She’s also very attentive. When walking my pup last weekend she reported his energy seemed much lower than normal. That was the confirmation I needed to get over the worry I was being too sensitive and get him checked out, and he was unfortunately ill. Thanks to Vanessa’s attention i got him to the vet for treatment sooner than we would have otherwise.
