Pet care experience
I've been living around dogs and cats ever since I can remember. I have taken care of dogs with epilepsy, deafness, blindness, and many special dietary needs! I am detail oriented, communicative, and love animals.

Vanessa was very professional and very accommodating to our needs with our 2 dogs (Meeka and Kane). She stayed with them overnight for a few days and we returned to our home the way we left it! We were provided updates while we were away to ensure that our pups were safe and taken care of! We highly recommend Vanessa if you are in need of a pet sitter!
Vanessa is super easy to work with and great with our puppy - Remi! Remi was a rescue, found locked in an abandoned gas station in Baja California. Needless to say, she was a bit timid and unsure of herself in the beginning. Vanessa was right in tune with Remi's needs from the very start. She provided Remi with a great mix of gently reassurance and fun time! Remi is in love with her! Vanessa is also dependable and trustworthy. We give her our highest recommendation!
Vanessa has been wonderful with our new dog that came from a foster organization and has many "special needs." Ponzi warmed up to her immediately and could read that Vanessa was trustworthy and loving. While we were away, Vanessa communicated with us regularly and we know gave Ponzi all the love and attention that we would have, too. Her confidence with Ponzi (as a result of much experience with animals) and dependability make her an asset to our pack!
Vanessa has grown up always having animals around. There was a time when we had 4 dogs and a cat and she was always either holding, feeding or loving on them. She is a very compassionate individual as well as incredibly responsible and any animal would be in very good hands having her taking care of them.

Whether it’s keeping up on medications, how your pets are around other animals, or any disability needs, I will always prioritize their safety and wellness. I'm happy to accommodate for any pets with disabilities. I've lived and cared for a handful of dogs with special needs including epilepsy, deafness, medications whether they're topical or pill form.
A typical day
I love playing with dogs and making sure they stay physically and mentally stimulated whether it be in the house, or on walks. There are plenty of places around Beaverton to take dogs to parks, but I also am able to take dogs on isolated walks if they aren't as friendly to other dogs.

Availability
I am a full time student at Portland State, so my schedule is a bit complicated. Dog walking: I can walk your pets after 6:15PM Mondays and Wednesdays. Most other days I am either working my other job, or at school, but please message me to check on availability. My work week changes frequently. Dog/pet-Sitting: I’m unavailable Monday-Wednesday to watch your pets because I’m on campus all day. Thursday-Sunday are far less busy, however on weekends(Saturdays and Sundays) I work anywhere from 3-6 hours during the day. Again, please shoot me a message to see if I’m available— my weekly schedule changes frequently and it’s easier if you ask with a schedule already in mind if I can walk/pet-sit for you so that way I can work with you!
