Our experience with Vanessa was wonderful. She visited our home ahead of time to get acquainted with our pets and learn their routine. She was patient and sensitive to our dog’s anxiety issues, letting him take as much time as he needed to get comfortable with her. She sent updates via text during each visit, with pics of our pets looking happy and well loved. Vanessa was flexible with her schedule and even stayed overnight, making our pets feel safe and making us comfortable about leaving our pets in place at home (and not in a kennel) when going away. We are grateful to have found such a conscientious and caring sitter in Vanessa, and we have already scheduled her to sit during our next trip in November.
