Hello! I took a break for a while because I moved from VA (where I used to puppy sit) to FL. Now that I’ve settled in and familiar with the area, I am ready to accept new clients again. I look forward to meeting you and your dogs! I grew up with all kinds of animals; chickens, bunnies, ducks, geese, dogs... I even had a lamb and we kept bees. Over the years, I’ve had four dogs of my own, up to three at a time. I’ve had and trained puppies, and I’ve had elderly dogs; I love them all! My favorite are the hearding breeds (German Shepherds - my family used to breed them - and Australian Shepherds), I have also had a Miniature Pinscher and a Dachshund for almost 16 years. I also like to cook for my dogs and I’m quite good at washing and grooming them.

I have a 4 month old puppy who gets anxious when I leave him even for a few minutes. This was my first experience leaving him for a night at sitters place. Vanessa was the sweetest and most gentle with Fluffy. She took him out multiple times so he could poop and pee outside, and also gave him some t. I was worried about him peeing in her condo as he is a pup and I just trained him not to pee/poop in my home. I wasn't sure how he would react at a new place. Vanessa was super kind and was like, I don't mind if he pees inside, I can clean it up real quick. That was the sweetest thing someone could tell me. Fluffy loved staying at her place and I highly recommend Vanessa to take care of your pup's needs.
I have had Vanessa watch my cat Fou a few times when I would travel overseas for a few weeks. I was very nervous the the first time as I don’t usually trust anyone with my baby. But Vanessa is so wonderful with Fou. She would send me pictures and videos of her daily and follow all instructions on her feeding and care. Fou is a long haired exotic Persian and needs extra care with her Furr. Leaving Fou for over two weeks or even a week without proper care she would have crazy matted Fur, but Vanessa would always do such a great job. She plays with her, feeds her and just gives her so much love as if she was her own. I am never worried leaving Fou with Vanessa. I am very happy to have found such a trustworthy and kind pet sitter for my baby.
I don’t usually like to leave Lily with anyone I’m kind of an over protective dad but Vanessa was so good with her she fed her exactly what I told her to. She also played with Lily gave me daily updates sent me photos. I definitely recommend her to anyone who loves their dog and wants them to have the best care. At the end of her stay Lily wanted to stay with Vanessa!
