Hi, I'm Vanessa and I have had dogs(and cats) my whole life. I currently have 2 cats Ramen and Miso who are both super friendly and dog like themselves. I have done pet sitting for friends and family for about 5 or so years now, but I have been caring for animals almost my whole life. I also have experience working in a doggie daycare and I have a certification in dog obedience and animal first aid and CPR through Animal Behavior College. As a bonus I also have a certification in Pet Massage Therapy. I am willing to work with and train your dog in basic obedience or help maintain any training that your dog has already had, and I can even provide relaxing massages during their stay. Massage is a good way to connect with the pet, bring down tension in stressful situations, and relax nervous or anxious dogs. Some things you should know: - I do currently work Wednesday - Saturday, and may not be able to provide a midday potty break on those days if your dog is used to that. My boyfriend (Kit) is a big help and will walk the dogs when hes home or on his days off (which are usually different then mine). - I have 2 cats as mentioned above, so its important that your dog(s) have been around cats before and generally ignore them, or that you're willing to do a Meet & Greet beforehand to feel it out.
