Pet care experience
I have been working professionally with dogs for 4 years. I began as a daycare and kennel technician, steadily making my way to my current job as a professional dog trainer (3 years) I am happy to work with dogs of all ages, shapes, sizes, genetics, and attitudes. I have the patience to work with special needs dogs, whether it be medical needs or aggression issues. I'm happy walking and caring for pets, however, if you are interested in a more involved day for your pet, I also offer dog training. My favorite part of working with dogs is the amazing bond that can be made in such a short time. I strive to give every dog the love and compassion they need every day whether I’m at work with 200 hundred dogs or running around with my pup at home.

Riley pup loved her stay with Vanessa! Vanessa was very knowledgeable about dogs and asked great questions for how to best care for Riley- she even worked on leash training skills! Also really appreciated how communicative Vanessa was- she was prompt at answering my questions and even sent us some fun pics of our pup during her stay! I’d highly recommend Vanessa and will definately have her watch our pup again in the future!
Vanessa is a spectacular person with animals. She currently works at a dog boarding facility and spends lots of time getting to know the dogs and teaching them tricks and manners. She dedicates a lot of time to learning new things to teach her own dog and keep her busy. Every time that she has watched my dog, she comes home tired and happy. I would trust her with my pup anytime.
Vanessa is always very patient and loving with dogs. Highly recommend her, as she is one of the best dog caregivers around, no doubt about it.
For as long as I've known Vanessa she's been a dog lover. You can easily tell from the bond and love she shares with her own pup, Koda. She has taken the time to train her dog and give her the opportunity to grow with new tricks. Not only is she a dog lover but an animal lover all around. She volunteered to watch my kitty, Kai, while I was out of town and I loved to hear how much she bonded with him in such a short time!
