Pet care experience
I have extensive experience with dogs as I used to have a Chocolate Lab Pitbull mix that I had adopted from a shelter in Portland Oregon. He was rambunctious and it took a long time for the training to work, but alas, he was the best dog a girl could ever ask for. All my friends in Chicago have dogs and I would sit their mascots when they would travel and such. I miss it!

Because of her admirable ethics, I respected her even more and chose to get to know her outside of work. We became close (the best of) friends and I soon met her puppy boy Milo. She was such a great mom to milo and showed so much tender loving care! So many great memories with Vanessad & Milo! Vanessa will make a great doggy sitter for your company!
Vanessa is a wonderful, caring human who always puts others first. Her love for all animals, especially dogs, is admirable. When she was a dog mom to her sweet Mylo, she always planned her days around his schedule - getting in long walks and lots of play time in the parks. Vanessa knows what it's like to have a dog in a busy city. She has an amazing park blocks from her home, loves walking the city and knows the best routes. Vanessa is incredibly responsible, loving and an all around fun and energetic person. Your pup is sure to be loved!!

A typical day
If I can sit a dog at my apartment, I live 10 minutes away from Ft. Tryon Park which is where the cloisters are! its a large hill that I can take any dog to. Additionally, there are other parks in my area too! living in Washington Heights, there are a lot of areas that are dog friendly.
