Vanessa and Paulo were wonderful. Our Louie seemed to enjoy boarding at their place. Vanessa and Paulo asked any suggestions/instructions/advices prior to boarding and followed them with Louie’s feeding & walking schedule. The photos and videos of Louie were shared by Vanessa and Paulo and helped me see our Louie doing well. We would like to take Louie to Vanessa and Paulo again if we need.
This was my first time to use Rover and Vanessa & Paulo made me feel so comfortable! He stayed at their place for 6 days. They sent pics and videos every day. He didn’t want to eat the food I provided (his normal food) so, after checking, they spoiled him with chicken. I don’t think he wanted to come home! They were great and I would definitely use them again.
