About us 😸🐶🐾: I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Michigan, and my husband is a Spanish Instructor at Oakland University. We share our home with our 13 year old cat Polvo, and lost our 13 year old Pitbull, Jane, to cancer and really miss her. Our cat Polvo is great with other dogs and cats and has an easy going, friendly disposition. We have been pet owners for several years and are knowledgeable as to how much love and care pets need. If you are in need of someone to take care of your fur baby while you travel out of town, look no further - you've found the right family. We are also happy to house sit, collect mail, walk your dog(s), or check up on your pets and plants while you are away.

We have a friendly cat who usually keeps to himself. This is great especially for dogs who aren’t cat lovers, as our kitty likes to nap the day away in his own part of our house. Our neighborhood has plenty of greenspace and sidewalks to take long walks on, so rest assure that your fur baby will get lots of exercise time outside.

We love to ensure that fur babies staying with us get lots of play time! We are also extra good at giving lots of doggie and kittie scratches and making sure your fur baby gets snuggle time on the couch.

Availability
There will always be someone home to love on your pet while they stay with us! My husband works from home most days of the week, and I am home in the early mornings, evenings and weekends.
