Vanessa was great! Sent so many updates, was on time, gave us suggestions on better care for our pets. She made sure the house was clean and our babies were taken care of! Made my wedding weekend a lot less stressful. Thanks Vanessa!

Vanessa was nice and polite upon meeting, however, we had a few significant issues during her stay. Firstly, she showed up 2.5 hours late to our agreed upon start time resulting in the dogs not being let out for over 10 hours. Unfortunately she left food out on the counter (against our direct instructions) that the dogs got into on the second night of her stay. She called poison control and subsequently tried to charge us for the associated cost. She broke our ceramic cat foot bowl without telling us and also ripped the duvet and duvet cover in the guest room she was staying (also without telling us). Upon my return I found windows in the guest room and guest bathroom unlocked/partially opened and still have not been able to find the house key that she borrowed and supposedly returned. The cost to replace duvet and locks was more than than it cost to hire her in the first place.
