Pet care experience
I have worked with dogs my whole life, as I've been surrounded by them since I was a little girl. I've gone from caring for puppies, to seniors, from untrained or trained, I’ve worked with them all. I currently have three dogs of my own, two seniors and a 6-year-old who is doing so good after recovering from his surgery. I can bathe, feed, walk, and do some basic grooming. I also used to work at a doggy day-care/ boarding facility, worked at PetSmart for some time, am a recent Animal Science graduate from the University of Florida, and currently work part-time at Banfield Pet Hospital.

Vanessa did a great job. I will for sure ask her again to take care of my cat. I can tell by the pictures she send me that she gained his trust real fast.
First time leaving out dog Lucky with Vanessa for day care. Lucky was given the VIP treatment and we felt so comfortable with the pictures we received. She definitely knows how to handle dogs and gives peace of mind when taking care of them. Highly recommend

In my house, we will sometimes walk them around the block for 10-20 minutes, depending on their needs and how much energy they have. We also have a fenced-in back yard where they can do their business and have fun sunbathing or chasing lizards. We have multiple toys and bed so they get to choose where they want to sleep or which toys they want to play with. And when it comes to nap/sleep time, sometimes we’ll allow them on the bed to snuggle and sleep with us. Of course, every pet is different and so are their pawrents, so I would do what they require of me and follow any rules that are set in place.

A typical day
Some activities that we can do are playing with toys, doing some brain games, and taking long walks while doing some basic training exercises. If they know any tricks, be sure to let me know so we can make them experts. If they're more on the chill side, we can put Bluey on the big TV and have a dogs night in :)

Availability
I am free and ready to start whenever you need me. Regarding the hours, I am flexible and willing to work from 7 AM in the morning to 10 PM in the evening, for whenever needed the most. However, I work part-time on weekends (Friday- Sunday) until 6PM.
