I had Vanessa watch my very skiddish dog, Zapphara while I had to go on a business trip. I was very nervous to leave my dog with anyone she doesn't know because it takes her a long time to warm up to new people. Upon Zapphara meeting with Vanessa I knew I had made the right choice. Vanessa's warm and gentle demeanor toward Zapphara made me and my dog very comfortable. I have used Vanessa several times since then and I would not recommend anyone more. It's hard sometimes to leave your dog with someone new but with Vanessa I never have to worry. I know Zapphara is in good hands each time.
I've known Vanessa for 8 years, we worked together at a large veterinary practice in Washington, DC. I've known her to be a caring, experienced veterinary technician, so I had no questions knowing she would give the same great care when taking care of all 3 of my fur babies while I was away on vacation for a week.
