Vanessa was a lifesaver for accommodating us SUPER last minute. My pup only stayed with her for 24hrs but i felt the communication on her part could of been a little better. It was our first time using rover and we expected maybe a little more updates such as a picture or video or just a text on how our pup was doing. I had to ask, she did respond but that was it. The next morning no reassurance that the night went well nothing, I just felt out of the loop.

She is responding on messages, makes pictures if wanted, follows instruction, my dogs appeared well taken care off, no injuries, no problems. She is very flexible and accommodating
