Pet care experience
I have always had a love for animals. I have been a part of animal rescue since I was a teenager. I previously worked for north shore animal league America and still volunteer with them. I am patient and understanding with each animal I care for. I am very flexible with my schedule. Monday is the one day I would need to come later. Daily or weekly is perfectly fine with me I would be going to a clients home. I would make sure to get to know my clients and their routines. Routine is important for pets so it is important to not disrupt the routine and the flow.

Information Vanessa C. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know the temperament of the dog and to get an understanding of what makes the dog comfortable. If the dog does any type of guarding whether with food or possessions. Any food allergies and any specific key points to meals and treats. And the dogs schedule both feeding potty and walks if need be.
A typical day
Depending on the dogs I watch depends on the level of energy. If I am with a senior dog or a dog who is very I’ll I would have a nice calm day of being outside in the backyard on a nice day and have a nice cuddly day and keep the dog comfortable and happy within their comfort levels. A more energetic dog I’d say either walks around the neighborhood or dog parks depending on the owners preference. Keep them stimulated with giving them toys or if they are working breeds give them fun “work” games to find their treats.
