Hi there, my name is Vanessa! I have had pets my entire life, 5 dogs and 1 cat. Growing up, my mother rescued a couple of small dogs, which helped me gain valuable experience on how to help dogs cope through their anxiety, all while feeling safe and getting a little social therapy and of course lots of cuddles! In addition to my previous pets, I have also cared for my family and friend’s dogs as well. We’re a dog loving family!

A typical day
All depends on the dog and their personality. I personally love a good long walk/hike, for the energetic dogs this is a must! We’ll also get in a lot playtime. For the older dogs, a lot of petting and cuddles on the couch is always a fun time too! The goal is to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable!

Availability
I’m a full time single mother and bookkeeper. I work remotely, with the exception on Tuesdays (where I work from the office). Being remote, allows me a little more flexibility to help your dog/s stay in routine, especially any puppers with special needs or medications.
