Here to be the best loving temporary pet mom for you and your pet. I am a responsible animal lover. I have been a dog owner my whole life & have been a cat lover my whole life. I have experience with multiple breeds and age ranges in pets. I try my best to be the most knowledgeable and responsible pet owner there is. Animals have my heart & I treat them with love and care and know how important it is to find a pet sitter that will care as much as you do about your furry child. Trust me, I GET IT! I have two pups of my own.

This is the second time we've booked Vanessa! She checked in our cat while we were away and she's always fast at responding, always keeping us informed on every visit she makes. Our Luna is very comfortable with Vanessa and it was just so easy. Will book again!
We are definitely going to book with Vanessa again! She was so great with our dog. We could tell our little Rosa was taken care of and had loads of fun with her dogs, she got plenty of love and care. We were updated everyday and Vanessa made us feel so good while we were away. Would definitely book again.
Vanessa is so lovely. Her two dogs were wonderful with our pup. Vanessa was super fast at responding and kept us updated with photos and videos. Our Luna looked like she was having so much fun and seemed super comfortable and loved. We felt at ease having our dog with Vanessa and her fiancé Sam. They were both great.
Vanessa was amazing with our dog Bailey! He can be quite nervous around new people but immediately felt comfortable with her. We are happy we found a reliable person to look after our pet. We look forward to future bookings with Vanessa.

For any cats I drop in on, it’s always good to have a guide left by owner so I can make sure I am fulfilling all the cats needs and making sure they get the full care they deserve! For boarding, I have a 3 bedroom home with a backyard and multiple cozy spots for pups to lounge, a full basket of toys, a doggy cam and so much more. We have a 5 star pet stay. My neighborhood is also a great area to dog walks, so all the dogs I sit for get a whole range of movement inside and outside. We have lots of play time in the backyard as well, the perfect place for zoomies.

I usually do meet and greets before confirming any requests. So we chat about everything I need to know to care for your pet while you’re away. Cat owners usually leave behind a guide sheet that has all the info I need and more! Cat owners are top notch! For the dog owners, It’s always good to know if the dog is good with other dogs, if they are food aggressive/motivated or have any specific triggers. Any past medical issues so I can look out for it if anything happens. The dogs everyday routine so I know what type of lifestyle the dog has. I try to ask as many questions as possible when a meet and greet takes place so I can be fully prepared for your pet.
A typical day
Cuddling is always a great activity, some nice walks around the neighborhood. If a dog needs exercise I am 100% down to do some running, chasing, fetch and all the exercise the dog needs! And lots of playing with our basket of toys. Our Basset hound also loves to play with other playful pups.

Availability
I work from home, so my schedule is extremely flexible. For any cat drop in visits, my schedule is open for any time. For the pets we board, if I am out running errands, we have a doggy cam. My fiancé is also on Rover, so the pets are always being monitored. I have high standards for pet care and understand that any cats I drop in on need food, water, pets & sometimes medications. As for the pups I care for, I know they need a good amount of love, care and exercise with humans and that owners need lots of photos and updates! I send pet owners daily updates
