Valerie easily matches the very best that I could do, even for a favorite dog-lover in my world! For the dog's comfort, Valerie wanted to go beyond my list of requests to include my suggestions as well. Valerie and the dog quickly bonded, yet the dog suddenly forgot (after three years) what her pee pads were for. As I proposed, and with quick results, Valerie went online to find/follow steps when first teaching dogs how to use pee pads. In the meantime, Valerie was patient (and forgiving) with the messes. At drop-off, I'd supplied Valerie with prescription kibble and canned food. Realizing that the canned food was running low (my fault), and knowing my husband was in the hospital, Valerie checked with her vet before explaining to me the options for ordering/delivering refills. As long as Valerie's available for boarding, I'll never ever leave our dog elsewhere!
