Pet care experience
I knew I had a dog before I knew I had feet! I have loved and owned animals my whole life. In the last eleven years I have been a dog sitter for friends and family and in the last 3 years have been dog sitting regularly for threefamilies in addition to owning my own cat, Steve. I am responsible and dedicated to caring for animals as if they were my own. I only care for animals for one family at a time, and I work from home, ensuring the best care for your animal. I am highly adaptable and can accommodate a wide range of doggie needs: geriatric, sickly or special needs dogs, as well as very energetic dogs, puppies or couch potatoes. My home is clean, organized and clutter free, keeping your dog safe. Daycare and overnight bookings include daily walks, feeding and cuddles, and whatever else your dog needs to keep routine in place while you are gone :)

Pixie was sooo well taken care of by Valerie. We left her for ten nights which was a very hard decision. It turned out to be a great decision! They became buddies and we had a vacation free of pet worries. Valerie was awesome.
Valerie is AMAZING! Our dog Louie had a great time and likes her a lot! Valerie sent us adorable picture updates each day and was very responsive when we had questions. We could tell she really loves animals and took care of Louie like he was her own puppy. We will definitely ask Valerie to watch him again next time we go out of town!
Valerie took great care of Bruce! I greatly appreciated the photos she sent me while he was with her and she kept me updated on how he was doing. I would absolutely book her again if I find myself back in Oklahoma City. A totally stress-free experience

I love all dogs! I always like to know how a dog is with other dogs, if they are on any medications, what their daily routine with an owner looks like, as well as any training, character/behavior traits and bad habits, fears, likes and dislikes.
A typical day
I love all of OKCs historic neighborhoods like Mesta Park and Gatewood as well as some of the older parks in those areas, so those are the kinds of places I would walk/ run with your dog. I love being outside on my front porch swing, people watching and visiting with neighbors or being in the backyard playing fetch or tug of war. I can do dog parks if it's important to the owner, but I typically avoid it in order to keep your pet safe from unpredictable situations with other animals.
