I’ve been caring for animals my entire life, from my family's dairy farm, to working as a dog trainer, and currently as a pet boarding kennel tech. I have experience with cats, dogs, reptiles, and more! All critters are deserving of equal love and attention in my eyes. Happy to care for your small/exotic animals in addition to cats and dogs.

Val is an exceptional pet caretaker. I've known her for more than a decade and have seen the care and affection that she has given her own pets and any other pets she has in her care. Whenever I left my guinea pigs with her they were fed, loved, and honestly spoiled. She has a natural ability with animals and I highly recommend her for her knowledge, patience, and understanding.
Val has a way with animals - and with people! My kids were nervous about leaving Astrid and Simon. Please let me know in advance of any medical or behavioral concerns. I do have experience administering medicine and dealing with difficult animals, however for the safety of everyone involved it is best if you can provide a clear description of your pet’s needs.
A typical day
Walks, playtime, snuggles! Dog- or cat-friendly pups can play with my own pets if desired, or get one-on-one playtime with myself and my partner in a room away from other animals.

I currently work part-time at a pet boarding kennel, and part-time working from home (with my own little herd of 5 animals!) My partner also works from home full-time.
