Pet care experience
Growing up with a total of six cats and five dogs, I've developed a strong connection with animals. I have unconditional love for furry creatures. They never fail to brighten my day! Having many pets in my life, I know how to handle all their different personalities from overly perky and hyper to shy and reserved. I consider myself a selfless person and I enjoy helping others. Our pets are our children and I know it's not easy leaving your pet in the care of anyone's hands but your own. I will enjoy building friendship with your pet and trust with you! I hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Loyola university Chicago. I am a full time REALTOR with Compass (Valerie Pondel) and always looking for some new fur-friends to brighten my day!

Perfect, as always!
As always, Valerie did an amazing job taking care of my dogs. I was gone for 9 days and she had no problem with the extended stay. It's so nice to travel to a foreign country and not have to worry about my dogs while I'm away.
Valerie was AMAZING!! My fiance and I are so thankful we found Valerie to watch our cat for 2 weeks (14 days). Goofy (our cat) was so happy in Valerie's home and loved the company of her cat! So many new toys and space to play in. We will 100% be using Valerie again. We received pictures every day and got to keep close while we were traveling.
My flight got cancelled coming back to Chicago Sunday night and Valerie was able to take my dogs out and feed them for an extra day. It was extremely helpful and she responded immediately to my texts. I couldn't ask for a better baby sitter! Thanks so much for the quick response and taking such great care of Oscar & Pip!

A typical day
I love to be outside as much as I can. Walks and runs in Humboldt Park and throughout the neighborhood. If your dog is a couch potato I also love cuddles!

I’m self employed and spend most of my time working from home. Occasionally I need to step out for meetings or showings for on average 1-2 hours but sometimes up to 4-5 hours.
