I have been an animal lover all of my life, from growing up on a farm and helping my Grandfather raise cattle, to working in a horse stable and training horses, and from having & loving pets my whole life. I have always had dogs and cats, and most recently hermit crabs. I tell people this is not my house I'm living in, but my animals are letting me live in theirs. Over the years when friends & family have gone on vacation I am the one who goes over and lets the dogs out, feeds them, walks them and just hang out with them. I'm nobody special, but feel it's a privilege to be in the company of pets who show us what love is all about.
