Lucy & Fergie had a wonderful time at Valerie’s. She really helped us out in a pinch (we asked her to watch the two a few hours before we dropped them off). Her communication was fantastic and any time we reached out she responded within a few minutes. Her family dogs were perfect for our two and I appreciate that they wore ours out. Especially since we had a six hour drive home. They slept almost the whole time. I 100% recommend using Valerie’s services (she also cut Lucy’s nails and they are probably the best I have ever seen them). I will definitely use Valerie again when we are in the Jacksonville area.

Valerie was amazing!!! I just picked my dog up and he seemed that he had a really good time. This was my first time using rover or leaving my dog for extended period of time with someone I don’t know and I’m glad it was Valerie. She informed me everyday with pictures and videos to let me know my dog was doing alright. If I did reach out to her, her response time was very quick. She gave me a lot of ease while on my vacation and we will be rebooking in the future!
