I have been an animal lover all my life and have been in the industry going on 10+ years. I have multiple backgrounds when it comes to the animal industry and have worked with pets of all sizes. I'm originally from Tucson, Arizona. As a teenager I started out volunteering at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona for about two years as a dog walker, where I learned a lot of animal handling skills. I later moved to Everett, Washington with my boyfriend and knew I wanted to continue to grow my knowledge and keep working with animals. I worked at numerous top quality pet boarding and daycare facilities, grooming salons, as well as a couple vet clinics during my time in WA. My boyfriend and I recently moved to Charleston, SC in March of 2016. I have bounced around the industry quite a bit in the 2 years we've been out here. Even being in the industry as long as I have, I still find it hard to find a place that I feel comfortable leaving my own pets while on vacation. I came across Rover.com and was thrilled. I feel a home like setting is much more comfortable environment for a pet while owners are away and they can receive much more one on one attention. With the skillset I have acquired over the years, I'm very confident in the care I can provide for your fur babies. I also plan on furthering my knowledge and would like to become Pet CPR certified in the near future. With my experience, I know safety is the number one goal.
