Pet care experience
I work full-time Monday through Friday and now have weekends off. I can be flexible with work if need be to spend more time with my guests. I do charge more than some but I can honestly say that I take this very seriously. Your animal a priority while in my care. Don’t make plans and leave the animal alone for long periods of time. We go for car rides and out for walks.No dog parks but plenty of time outside.

Valerie took exception care of our two small rescue pups which are, let’s say, unique in personalities. She asked lots of care questions and provided photos and even a video to show how they were adapting to their new surrounds. Caring, thoughtful and kind pet sitter. Highly recommend.
RJ had a great time at his sleepover with Valerie!! We were able to have a great time at my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary party knowing RJ was in safe hands with Valerie! I will definitely be using in the future for any over night trips where we need a sitter!
Valerie was great with our dog named Tia! She sent us text messages and a picture everyday to let us know how Tia was doing. She also communicated with any questions as Tia is old and has some health issues. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone who needs a dog sitter! Tia has a new plush squeaky toy that Valerie bought her. She now takes naps with her new toy everyday on her dog pillow.

it is very important for me to know your dog will chew shoes or furniture. Very important to give any and all info on your pet to the sitter. Are they startled or scared of anything?
A typical day
I like taking dogs to parks for walks but do not take any dog into a dog parks. There are a bunch of parks and I’ve found ways to get the dog off leash to run in controlled environment without going to dog parks.

I work eight hours a day but I can break up the time to stop home and let the dog out if necessary. I work around the pet I am taking care of.
