She tried to reschedule hours before her time to arrive so she could go work another job. We received a few photos/updates, and the communication was pleasant. Missy seemed fine when we got home, and the house was still standing, thus 3 (perhaps generous) stars. It appeared (& smelled) like someone got violently ill in the bedroom & bathroom and failed to clean it up well. Trash was left behind the guest bed, and food stains were on the sheets. Toiletry items and even items of clothing were left behind in both the bathroom & even in the yard(!). Multiple text & call attempts to meet so we could return these items went unanswered. We are moving out of state now, so there will not be another attempt (We tried for months.). Had we seen the condition of her rooms before she hurriedly left, there would not have been a tip.

Valerie was fantastic! She was great with all three dogs and even took care of our kitty. I would hire her again anytime. Thanks Valerie!
