I have been taking care of animals my whole life. My father bred black and tan coon hounds...so, it was my after-school job to come home and take care of the puppies (bottle-feeding, and all). I currently have a beagle named Abby. She loves other dogs, and would be so excited to have a friend to share her big back yard with. The rules are very flexible at my house...crate, no crate, just name what you need and we can accommodate!

Valerie was great, she kept me updated with text, pictures, and videos during my dogs stay. My boy Charlie enjoyed the large back yard and playing with Valerie's dog Abby. We will defiantly use Valerie for any of our future pet sitting needs.
Valerie was fantastic. We have a 5 year old beagle (Molly), who's overly anxious. Valerie and her dog (Abby) were great with Molly and she settled well over the weekend she stayed with them. She sent regular photo updates while we were gone and she gave me a wonderful summary of Molly's behavior when I went to pick her up. She also has a great back yard for the dogs to run around. I'll definitely use Valerie in the future.
Valerie and Abby were amazing! She replied immediately when our dog sitter canceled last minute right before we had to fly out of town. She always kept us updated on Luca and he got along great with both of them.

I prefer to watch dogs that are 30 pounds or less as to not overwhelm my own pet. However, I will watch dogs up to 40 lbs if they have a calm temperament.
A typical day
We have a very active dog park just across the street. Or, we can just play in our very large fenced yard. We are very flexible, depending on what you are comfortable with.

I only work 10 minutes away from home, which makes it easy to swing by and check on the kiddies whenever needed. In addition, I have a son that lives with me (19), that is usually home by 3:30 every day. My availability varies, but I'm pretty flexible. So, please contact me and we can work something out.
