Pet care experience
My caregiving style is to provide genuine attention to their needs and emotions. Some dogs like a little more exercise while others just need some intellectual activity to entertain them. I get a sense of accomplishment when the dogs and animals I care for are happy! They get a lot of love, patience, exercise and dynamic feeding games to keep them stimulated and healthy. For me it’s more than just care, it’s companionship and connection. 🐾

Valerie was very sweet with our pup Leo. We loved getting photos and updates! Our pup was tired when we got back so we know he got lots of love and exercise!!
Valerie took great care of our dog, Kenji while we were away on a trip. She kept us updated with how he was doing, and sent us some photos of him every day which was really nice of her to do. We would highly recommend her.
I needed a last minute sitter for my labradoodle and Valerie was quick to respond and easy to coordinate with. At first I was nervous because it was my first time using Rover but she was great and my dog was tired after a day playing so I could get home and relax. I will defiantly be using her services again! 10 out of 10!!

If your pup or cat needs rehabilitation care please let me know and I will take special interest in a soft approach. If they need more or less active attention I’m happy to adjust to their levels and will respect their boundaries to safely provide support they can relax around. I can also provide bathing/grooming as needed.

Its important to know if your dog has injuries like a sensitive paw or ear so I can avoid irritation. I would also like to know how they behave with other dogs and if it is safe to take them to dog parks. If they need more water then typical, or less please indicate it so I can provide the best care for them.
A typical day
I live in front of crown point park and will bring your dog to play and sit in the grass to enjoy a sunny day. At the end of our visit, they will be happy and ready for a nap. If they need special meals, I can prepare them and reward good behavior with tasty treats.
