Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs for 7+ years through Rover alongside my mom. I have since moved to Eugene and would love to continue the pleasure of caring for the wonderful pets in my community. Over the years, I have developed personal connections to the animals I have petsit. I love to be able to make them feel comfortable and loved when apart from their family. Our pets are part of the family, and I will treat them as such!
Reviews
Our dog is not used to stay more than a couple of hours alone at home. We had a family trip planned; Valeria stayed with him the whole evening and also took care of our cat in the meantime. Everything went great, starting a week earlier with the meet and greet. We are so happy that we found Valeria via Rover.
Valeria did an amazing job with our senior dog. Caring and communicative.
Valeria has taken care of our dog, Scout, numerous times and we have always known she is in good hands. She sends plenty of photos and notes on how the stay is going, is quick to raise and concerns or questions, and goes out of her way to make sure Scout feels loved and we feel comfortable being away from her. Scout LOVES her and is actually excited when we get close to her house, anticipating a stay. She would come with our highest recommendation for anyone looking for a sitter!
Valeria is great with dogs ! My miniature Schnauzer loved her. She started taking care of dogs since she was a teenager helping her mom who always have lots of dogs around.

There’s all sorts of fun activities to do with dogs!! Either an adventurous walk around the neighborhood or a fun trip to the dog park is usually on the agenda. Sometimes even a hike if the weather is nice!
