Hi, my name is Valeria and I have been happily working with Rover since 2018, meaning I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I grew up around animals, and I absolutely love them all. My special skills include being able to form bonds with animals and understanding the special needs they have, as well as carrying out any specific instructions from owners. Specifically, I have experience with puppies, senior dogs (also with limited mobility), and leash reactive dogs. Additionally, I am a runner and I would love to combine my runs with your high-energy dog - just let me know in advance. My family back home has 2 Belgian Malinois and I understand just how much energy some dogs need to release. I love all dogs and I am hoping to explore the city with your best friend!

I would like know of any special conditions or personality quirks that I should watch out for. I love all dog breeds so this will not be a problem!
A typical day
A typical walk would involve us walking around the city to a nearby park, enjoying all the smells and nature around us. Did you know that 20-30 minutes of sniffing can tire a dog out as much as an hour-long walk? I can also bring toys or treats to the walk, or even take them to a dog run only if its okay with you (I always check-in beforehand). If you have an older or low-energy dog, I would typically ask for more information about the dog's walking preferences. Looking for a dog-runner instead of a dog-walker? I'd be happy to jog with your dog! If you have any special walking requests, I am more than happy to fulfill them.
