Hello, I am a refugee from Ukraine. I do not work and would love to take care of the dogs while you are on vacation.

Couldn’t check the apartment before leaving my cats. Figured maybe it’s a problem because of apartment rules. After pick up my cat is much skinnier, vomiting, not eating…looks really sick hiding under the bed - very very unusual. Will take him to the Vet tomorrow. There is no way of contacting Valentina for any questions. Rover please help.
Worst service ever. They had him on a muzzle for a long time, (without letting me know) I know because he has all the fur in that area tangled and his nose is al red and damaged it hurts him when I touch. His first stool when he arrived home was completely dehydrated so I figure that for less potty breaks they gave him very little water. His fur in general was all covered in some kind of substance all tangled up and messed up. He was very scared and shaky when I picked him up.
Excellent job, super accommodating with last minute request and took amazing care of Beau sending photo updates.
Wonderful experience - our pup came back very happy and loved - thanks Valentina !
