This was our first time using Rover and leaving our golden retriever. Val and Joseph were kind and caring. Their home is immaculate, which was important to us. They sent pics throughout the day which allayed my anxiety. Our dog came home happy at the end of the day. We will definitely be using them again!

Val has cared for your 2 male mixed-breed dogs that are medium/large sized. She is super with the dogs, they warmed right up to her! Our 6 y/o lab-husky is a sweetheart but needs convincing to go outside to do his business, he is laid back and in no rush to cooperate, especially on rainy days. Val was able to walk him outside, play, and patiently wait for him. She quickly realized how much they both love walks, so she took them on a nice long walk, which helped calm them down for the night. With simple, minimal instructions on feeding schedule Val stepped right in and did a great job! Val is responsible, timely, detailed, caring, and LOVES dogs. The last dog sitting job was 3 days, which entailed dog sitting, feeding, play, cuddle, and walking, along with responsibility of safeguarding the house. And we even threw in an extra fun task of checking on our Bearded Dragon. He is a low maintenance reptile, but Val was sure to check his light was on, food/water in his bowl, and temperature/humidity gauge was set. We are very impressed and so grateful to find a genuine dog care provider that we trust to care for our animals. And maybe the BEST part of all is the hassle-free ease of returning home from a trip to have your dogs in the house, clean, fed, and happy! Val is a gem!
