I loved working with Ursula! She was professional and kind as she watched Stella. I especially appreciated the updates and photos she sent! Stella will be back soon!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but we were very disappointed with Ursula’s care. She arrived 30 minutes late and only stayed for 10 minutes when we scheduled and paid for a 30 minute visit. Money aside, our dog was cheated 20 minutes of human interaction and stimulation while we were away. We have a Nest camera setup in our living room to check-in on our dog and cat while we are at work and it shows Ursula entering our home at 11:32 am and leaving at 11:43 am. Even though she left early, she didn’t “check-out” of the visit until 12:06 pm...making it seem like she was there for longer than she actually was. I use Rover for my personal pets and am also a sitter and would never say I was somewhere if I wasn’t. If you can’t commit to 30 minutes, don’t. Our dog deserves better than that.
